After completing Bachelor of Engineering (Civil and Structural), Nathan worked as a site engineer at 100-units-apartment construction site in Hurstville. On completion of the Hurstville project, he joined CPD as a project coordinator, assisting design managers and project managers across multiple projects such as mixed used development with 120-units apartment DA, 70 townhouses subdivision DA, and construction of display suite and chamber substations. He is mainly involved in monitoring project budget, consultants/ contractors’ progress, and liaising with different stakeholders of a project such as authorities, clients, and other concerned individuals.
Current, Nathan is involved in the following projects:
- Apartment and commercial mixed-use development at Roseville
- Integrated residential development and subdivision creating houses, attached dwellings and commercial lot at Norwest
