Holding a Bachelor of Architecture and career experience over 35 years, Gil has developed an astute commercial approach to the management and design process across varied architectural sectors. This practised knowledge means the qualitative aspects of his work is defined by development performance and value for the investor. 

Gil has worked with a number of large architect firms and developer such as Lendlease as a design manger, his broad knowledge in early stage of Design and Construction (D & C) allows him dealing with large and complex developments comprehensively and holistically, 

He has a very sound knowledge of planning regulations and controls for residential/commercial  design and construction which ideally places him to control the framework within which our specialist consultant team’s work. This practicality and commonsense approach meshes well with the design team,  ensuring designs are sound, effective, buildable and responsive to client needs.
