With over 35 years of architecture design and urban design experience, Tim is a highly regarded architectural consultant with experience in high quality residential deign and master planning of large facilities.
From 1999 to 2006, he led the design of a super development on Cambridge Forest Newtown in Shanghai, comprising 4000 villas, 3000 apartments and 100,000 m2 retail, 4-star hotel, several international schools and a major university campus.
In 2002 he commenced master planning for a new community Cambridge Waters in Baoshan, Shanghai, for 8,000 residential units and Villa d’Ambre Luxury Housing in Hongqiao. With more than 10 year design and management experience in China, he has extensive knowledge in Chinese culture and history, giving a rich communication skill between the clients from China.
Before that he worked in USA and Australia with many leading architect design firms and has a broad connection with the consulting community in Australia. Tim is currently leading a design team for the DA application of Luxury houses in Warrawee, Sub division and house/apartment development (55m) in Baulkham Hills and LuxeLake Master Plan and DA design (Chengdu).
