Chief Executive Officer

Adam is the founder and Managing Director of CPD Group. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Architecture and a Master’s of Project Management. Over his 35 years of international and local development experience, with successful track record in servicing clients and projects across a wide portfolio. He has a strong sense of commercial logic in defining performance measures for a successful development and balancing the planning and qualitative phases of our work.

Adam is actively involved in the delivery of CPD management services to clients, advising on development opportunity, guiding property due diligence and setting project yields. 

Adam works closely with our stakeholders to identify, qualify and secure appropriate planning, design and engineering advice matching consultants to project needs.

Recently he has directed design of Chengdu Luxelake high-end residential development totalling $1 billion, also the construction of apartment developments in Lindfield and Roseville totalling $180m and the planning proposals for developments in Waterloo and Crows Nest totalling $140m.
